Faye M. Helton, 81, Martinsville, passed away at 10:44 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.
She was born on Friday, October 23, 1936 in Fargo, North Dakota, to the late Clarence and Elsie (Utke) Kemmer.
Faye retired from Carlisle Tire and Rubber in Indianapolis where she was a cost accountant. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Christian Church in Greenwood.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Helton, whom she married on April 24, 1955; sons, Terry Helton of Martinsville and Allen Helton of Canada; grandchildren, Danielle Helton-Corwin and Kenneth Helton; four great grandchildren.
Faye was also preceded in death by her siblings, Elroy Kemmer and Florene Hohrmann.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Nebo Memorial Park with Rev. Bob Braun officiating. Visitation will be at Costin Funeral Chapel on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
