Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Morgan Funeral Chapel for James Christopher (Pritchett) England, 44, Glencoe, who died Monday, Oct. 25, 2004. Scott Young will officiate. Burial in The Hill Cemetery. Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory directing.

Mr. England was preceded in death by his father, James A. Pritchett; and grandparents, Robert and Bessie Pritchett and James Ollie Erwin and Mary Odessa Erwin.

Chris was a devoted horse trainer and trainer of several world champion and reserve world champion horses. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of White's Chapel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy England; parents, Bill and Bettye England; father and mother-in-law, Bill and Faye Holliday; brothers, Danny (Mitzi) Pritchett, Robbie (Mary Ann) Pritchett and Scott Pritchett; stepmother, Jean Pritchett; nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Ty, Chandler, Cassie, Dustin, Josie, Shane, Jennie, Scott, Madison, Kyle, Shelia, Lauren, Anna and Scott; sisters-in-law, Lynn (Wayne), Judy (Brian) and Charles; and aunt, Annie Jo Wood.

Chris England was a member of the Iota Lambda chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity at Jacksonville State University. His badge number was Iota Lambda 133.
