Services were Thursday, Feb. 19, 2004, at Wells Funeral Home Chapel in Batesville. Burial was in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Batesville. Rev. Charles Locke officiated. Wells Funeral Home had charge.
Cox, born Feb. 2, 1973, to the late Bobby Ray Bolen and Lois Ann Burns Bolen, was a homemaker.
Survivors include her son Brian Ray Cox of Batesville; her mother Lois Ann Burnes Bolen of Batesville; and a grandmother Lila Faye Burns of Batesville.
She was preceded in death by her father Bobby Ray Bolen.
