"NEW MARTINSVILLE, W.Va. - NEW MARTINSVILLE, W.Va. - Ruby O'Mary Lookadoo, 75, of New Martinsville, W.Va., died Friday, July 7, 2006, as a result of an auto accident. She was born May 28, 1931, in Hampton, Ark., the daughter of the late Dora and Madison O'Mary. She was a member of First Baptist Church in New Martinsville and a volunteer at the New Martinsville Hospital.
"In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Lesta Gorman, George O'Mary, Thomas O'Mary, Noah O'Mary, Marion O'Mary and Sally Gentry.
"Survivors: husband of 54 years, Oda Emmitt Lookadoo; sons, Phil (Tracey) Lookadoo, Roger (Janny) Lookadoo; daughter, Anna Lookadoo; siblings, Simmie O'Mary, Ilene Wages and Rachel Watson; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren ; and many loving nieces and nephews.
"Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church in New Martinsville with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park."
