Mrs. Poul (Theresa) A. Rasmussen, age 71, of 8513 Long Lake Road, Brillion, died Tuesday evening, August 1, 2006, at the Aurora Medical Center of Manitowoc County.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at Holy Family Parish, Brillion. The Rev. Thomas Long will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with burial of her cremated remains at St. Mary's Cemetery, Brillion.
The former Theresa Schuh was born Oct. 16, 1934, in Brillion, daughter of the late John and Margaret Braun Schuh. She attended St. Mary's Catholic grade school and Brillion High School. She married Poul Rasmussen on May 22, 1956, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brillion.
She was a member of Holy Family Parish and the Christian Mothers.

Survivors include her husband: Poul Rasmussen, Brillion; five children: Rose (Terrence) Hennessey, Kaukauna; Cindy Musil, Manitowoc; Jane (Donald) Fuhrmann, Kaukauna; Paul Rasmussen, Brillion; Jon Rasmussen, Fond du Lac; eight grandchildren: Lisa and Jenna Hennessey; Adam and Andy Musil; Nathan, Julianne, Stephen and Angela Fuhrmann; four sisters and two brothers-in-law: Grace Kolbe, Chilton; Margaret Bastian, Brillion; Mary Reinke, Brillion; Lucy (Charles) Meyer, Chilton; John Schaeffer, Hilbert; four brothers and five sisters-in-law: Elmer (Annette) Schuh, Brillion; Arnold (Marilyn) Schuh, Brillion; Bernard (Nancy) Schuh, Kaukauna; James (Betty) Schuh, Brillion; Lillian Schuh, Reedsville; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: John Schuh and Henry Schuh; one sister: Sylvia Schaeffer; three brothers-in-law: Art Kolbe, Vance Bastian and Leo Reinke.

Relatives and friends may call on Saturday at Holy Family Parish, Brillion, from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name would be appreciated. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Kel-nersville is serving the Rasmussen family.
