Aaron Lewis Baker, 61, died on June 13, 2015 at a local health care facility.

He graduated Howard High Class of 72’. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Aaron had worked for Wheland Foundry. He was of Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles, Jr and Lena Pearl (Bibbs) Baker.

Survivors include his son, Aaron Jonathan Baker; step son, Timothy Brown; sisters, Bonita and Cheryl Baker; Brother, Edward (Bettie) White; Nephews, Carlon (Tracy) Baker and Charles Harden; Niece, Da’Vidia (John) Hudson; Grand-Nieces, Courtney Baker and Jon ‘Asia Hudson; Grand-Nephew, Carlon Baker, Jr.; Uncles, Waymon and Ronald Oliver, Gerald Baker, William (Lynn) Payton; Great Uncle , Larkin Bibbs (Age 103); Aunts, Evelyn Taylor and Joann Sanders; several cousins; other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 1:30 at Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The body will lie in state after noon Thursday and the family will receive friends from 6 - 7 PM at the funeral home.
