Donald Wayne (Donnie) Small, 77, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at his home. He was born November 7, 1937, to the late John T. and Lorene (Cates) Small.
He graduated in 1955 from Reitz High School and was a member of Blue Grass United Methodist Church for over 50 years. He was employed by Alvey Scott Trailer Shop and Evansville Truck and Trailer. He was also a volunteer for the Scott Township Fire Department for 10 years.
Donnie is preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Annetta Small; and son, Daniel Duane Small.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years,) Small; sons,
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 14, 2015, at Blue Grass United Methodist Church Chapel Campus, 14240 Petersburg Road, officiated by Rev. Reno DeMuth, with burial in Blue Grass United Methodist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday 4:00 to 7:30 PM at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road and Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church .
