"McIntosh, Ealy age 78 of New Lebanon passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, June 27, 2006 at his home. Ealy was proud to have served his country with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and later retired in 1981 from Delco Products after many years of dedicated service. Ealy had been active with the Masonic Temple, Scottish Rite and the Shriners over the years. He truly enjoyed the special times he spent with his many horses over the years and being a member of the Florida Horsemen’s Assoc. and the Montgomery County Horsemen’s Assoc. He is preceded in death by his wife Helen in 1963 and a dear great grandson Cameron." Ealy is survived by his daughters and their husbands, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and two sisters. "A celebration of Ealy’s life will be held 1:00 PM Thursday at the Rogers’ Funeral Home, New Lebanon with burial to follow at the Trissel Cemetery. Friends may wish to call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Ealy."
