Mrs. Maddaleen Annie Edwards, formerly of Union Bridge, passed away peacefully at her daughter's residence in Kingwood, Texas surrounded by loved ones and went to be our Lord on August 6, 2015. She cherished 57 years of marriage with her late husband, Lon W. Edwards. Mrs. Edwards is survived by children and spouses, Lon A. Edwards, Las Vegas, NV; Barbara and Alex Schneider, Kingwood, TX; Elaine and Tom Long, Union Bridge and daughter-in-law, Pam Edwards, New Windsor. She was predeceased by sons, Robert W. Edwards and Charles S. Edwards. Mrs. Edwards loved to be with her grandchildren, Christie Schneider, Donna Schneider, Emily Bates and Hollie Edwards as well as her 6 great grandchildren. Private services were held for family members. Donations in memory of Mrs. Edwards may be made to the Union Bridge Volunteer Fire Company, P.O. Box 1050, Union Bridge, MD 21791.
