Became wife of John Van Deuzen Rogers in 1825. Daughter of Jacob W. Fuller. Research shows that Louisa & John had at least three children: All born in Barker New York, Alexander b 29 August 1825, Moses b February 1827, & James J b 31 December 1828 d. 14 October 1897 in Binghamton, New York.
1. Alexander married Susanna Chase
2. Moses Married widow Frances(Newell)Harrington. their children were: Harriet b. August 1854; & Carlotta b. 1864.
a.Harriet married 10 March 1880 to Corwin Burgess.
b.Carlotta married Charles Brown.
Both resided in Marathon , New York.
3. James J. married 6 November 1860 to Armenia Doolittle b 12 October 1839. Two children listed:
a.Agnes Louisa b 24 October 1864 & d 23 november 1866.
b.Anna Louisa 23 November 1866.
Our source lists Agnes Louisa being born 24 October 1864 & died 23 November 1866 & Anna Louisa being born 23 November 1866 same day as Agnes having died. Is this a strange coincidence for the family or simply a clerical error.
