Katherine (Browning) Dickinson, 95, Chillicothe, MO., died Monday, June 14, 1999, at her residence.

Mrs. Dickinson, a homemaker and retired farmer, was born in Carroll County, Mo., on Aug. 24, 1903, and moved to Chariton County, Mo., in 1944, to a farm in Keytesville, Mo., in 1953, and Chillicothe in 1984.

She attended the Carrollton, Mo., high school. Mrs. Dickinson was a member of the Dalton (Mo.) Methodist church and attended the First Presbyterian Church of Chillicothe.

On May 1, 1924, she married Walk L. Dickinson in Carroll county, Mo. He died in 1976.

Mrs. Dickinson also was preceded in death by two sons, Bert and Gary; her parents, henry B. and Miriam Browning; two brothers, Charles H. and John O. Browning; a sister, Sarah R. Browning; and a grandchild.

Surviving: a daughter, Harriett D. Benedict, Hollywood, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services: Wednesday, June 16, 1999, Norman-Wagy-Gordon Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo.
