He resided in New Castle, Delaware. Arrived not later than March 18, 1716, when he was a communicant at the Holy Trinity Church. He helped set up a Swedish school in 1717; was made a church warden of Holy Trinity Church in Wilmington in 1721, and a member of the Church Council in 1729.
