Ford Hal Bazar passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 15, 2015. He was born to Hal John Bazar and Mildred White Bazar on August 9, 1955 in Refugio, Texas. Graduating from Woodsboro High School in 1973, he went on to continue his education at Sam Houston State University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education in 1978. In 1984, he became co-owner of Tri-Star Properties and in 1988 began his own business, Ford Realty. Ford loved spending time on his ranch in Centerville hunting, hosting men's retreats there for First Assembly of God, and having annual family reunions. He loved his family and enjoyed hosting family functions. He was always willing to open up his home to family for special events. Ford was extremely passionate about real estate. Over the years, he literally helped thousands of people buy and sell property around the Houston area. He was one of the most successful residential Realtors this area has or will ever see. He was also an amazing grandfather that loved his grandchildren and would travel all over to cheer them on in everything they did. He was a dedicated member of First Assembly of God in Conroe and was a true believer in Jesus Christ.
Preceeding him in death is his father, Hal, wife of 21 years, Ann Pangarakis Bazar, and multiple cousins, aunts, and uncles.
The viewing is scheduled for August 20th from 6:00-8:00 PM with Eickenhorst Funeral Services located at 1712 North Frazier Ste.115, Conroe, TX 77301. Funeral services are scheduled for August 21st at 10:00 AM with First Assembly of God located at 3993 Interstate 45 N, Conroe, TX 77304. Graveside services will follow around 2:00 at the Bennett Cemetery out of Groveton, TX.
The family requests that no flowers are ordered for his service. Food may be delivered for the funeral service guests for a "pot luck" lunch by 11:00 on Friday to the First Assembly of God in Conroe. Any charitable donations can be made to the First Assembly of God in Conroe.
