Louise Fretwell, age 81, of Milton, FL, went to be with her Lord Saturday, August 15, 2015. She was born October 6, 1933 in Decatur, AL to the late Charlie E. Ricks and Amy Bobo Ricks Allison. Louise was a member of Bible Way Baptist Church and ran a daycare center in her home. She was a strong, independent lady that loved children. Devoted, nurturing and became granny to those she cared for.Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Windy Fretwell; and a brother, Charles Ricks.Survivors include her daughters, Debbie (Rocky) Sasse of Milton, FL, Loretta (Hutch) Hutchenson of Griffin, GA, Juanita (Johnny) Devine of Tampa, FL, Rosa (Lee) Watson of Milton, FL and Veronica Fretwell of Milton, FL; her sons, Andy (Kathy) Fretwell and Sean Fretwell, both of Milton, FL; 22 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; her brothers, Paul &Tommy Ricks, both of Alabama; and a sister, Shirley Patterson of Saraland, AL.Funeral services will be Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 12 Noon at Bible Way Baptist Church 5976 Dogwood Drive, Milton, FL with Pastor Bill Wright officiating. Entombment will follow at Memory Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 AM until the service hour. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bible Way Baptist Church, P.O. Box 812, Milton, FL 32572.National Cremation & Burial Society of Milton has charge of the arrangements.
