Against all odds, you stayed with us for nine courageous days.
You broke our hearts, but touched our lives in oh, so many ways.
You stayed the course until he called, then your spirit soared.
You earned your wings, celestial things and place beside the Lord.
Now God who loves all little ones will keep you in his care.
He will ease the pain and anguish of the sadness we must bear.
