BURLINGTON - Carolyn Anne Trail Beasley, 79, of 2680 S. Mebane Street, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015, in Brookdale Senior Living.A native of Randolph County, she was the daughter of the late Martin VanBuren and Irma Lassiter Trail. She was retired from Freeman Ford in Liberty as Office Manager, where she received several awards from Ford Motor Co. for her excellent accounting skills. She was an avid gardener.Anne was the loving wife of John B. Beasley Sr., of the home; and loving mother of John Beasley Jr. and wife Karen of Abingdon, VA and Eric Beasley and wife Tina of Richmond, VA; grandchild, Justin Beasley and wife Olivia of Graham; brother, Jack Trail of Butler, AL.She was preceded in death by her siblings, David Trail and Frances Nelson.A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 21, 2015, in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Chaplain Joe Beasley.
