SWINSON, Harry H. Jr., 86, of Richmond, passed away July 3, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hallie H. Swinson, his sister, Majorie M. Jones. He is survived by his daughter, Pamela S. Venitz and her husband, Jurgen; one granddaughter, Heather E. Miller and husband, Drew; one grandson, Wilhelm Harry Venitz; brother, Robert N. Swinson and wife, Betty; sister, Patricia M. Sherrod and husband, Richard; along with many nieces and nephews. Mr. Swinson was a retired fiscal officer and accounting manager with the state government. He was a charter member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church and a past member of Suburban Sertoma Club. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, July 17, in Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 12609 Patterson Ave., Richmond, Va. A gathering of family and friends will follow at Richmond Country Club, 12950 Patterson Ave., Richmond, Va. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
