McCLIMANS or BACHTELL?
Info for memorial from Mercer County Cemetery Inscription book #9, Shenango Valley Cemetery, Section C, pg 54, rows 20 & 21, line 19.
Book indicates no date appears on stone. The stone lies between W J McClimans and Caroline E Bachtell(W.J. McClimans' daughter).
In 1880 census her sister Luta M Bachtell, aged 6, is living with her grandparents, William J and Jane McClimans. Her mother Caroline died in 1877.
There are two possibilities for this marker.
1. William J & Mary McClimans had a daughter named Sarah Effie, 1857 - 1873.
2. Effie Lu Bachtell, 1877 - 1878, daughter of Caroline E (McClimans) Bachtell.∼Memorial created from a list of interments in the SVC in 1878 provided by Alvin McClimans, sexton of the cemetery, following the loss of the burial records for the year 1878.

Infant of J.B. Bechtel, 6 months old.

Checked the SVC List of Lot Owners published in June 1904. There were no lot owners by the name of Bechtel at that time.
