Barbara, 84 of Elsie, MI. passed away Monday, August 24th at Hazel Findlay Country Manor, Saint Johns.

Funeral services were on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Mowen Funeral Home - William A. Scarlett Memorial Chapel.

Barbara was the daughter of Sherman and Gladys (Clark) Kirby. She married Robert T. Hawkins in 1970 and he preceded her in death in 1996.

Barbara loved her garden and caring for God's gifts of beauty. She also loved music and entertained herself and many others playing the organ.

Survivors include: daughter, Deanna & Roger Parks of Tennessee; grandson, D.J. & Alicia Robbins of Elsie, granddaughters, Heather & Larry Dallas of Lafayette, Tennessee, Monica Vanderstow of Carmona, Tennessee; 12 great-grandchildren; dearest special friend, Joanne Evans; step children, Linda & Jeff Omen of Fremont, Ohio, Susan & Richard Tate of Owosso, Robert & Stella Hawkins of Owosso, Craig & Lynette Hawkins of Bath, Kevin Hawkins of Fremont, Ohio; 32 step grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, LuAnn Robbins, son-in-law, Dick Robbins; and Rachel Parks.
