CLARA VETTER
(1896 - 1966)
Mrs. Michael Vetter, 70, of 1334 S. 20th St., Manitowoc, died Sunday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a three month illness.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 am at Leschke-Bergner Funeral Home and at 9 am at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John S. Landowski will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Vetter, the former Clara Lipski, was born Oct. 3, 1896 at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Ignatius and Anna Stefaniak Lipski. She was married to Michael Vetter Oct. 18, 1927 at Manitowoc. She was a member of the Rosary and Altar Society.
She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Glenn Broker of Hartford, Mrs. Raymond Shultz of Menomonee Falls and Mrs. Robert Wiegand of Manitowoc; two brothers, Michael and Edward of Manitowoc; a sister, Mrs. Blanche Craczyk of Granada Hills, Calif. and 18 grandchildren. A son, two sisters and nine brothers preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 pm Tuesday where the Rosary will be recited at 3 pm by the Rosary and Altar Society at 7:30 pm by the parish.
