Mrs. Julius Peterson, 50, of 1901A Franklin Street, Manitowoc, WI died Monday evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been confined three weeks.
Funeral Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church. The Rev Alfred Pritzl will officiate and burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
The former Isabel Walsh was born at Osman August 12, 1909, daughter of the late Tom and Katherine Gallagher Walsh. She (was) graduated from Lincoln High School in 1923 and was married Feb. 9, 1932. Mrs. Peterson was a member of the Catholic Woman's Club, St. Ann Society of St. Boniface Church and the Germania Society.
Surviving are the husband, two sons, Thomas of Milwaukee and Edward at home; four daughters, Ellen, Ethel (Joan), and May (Mary) at home and Mrs. Alvin Kubsch of Milwaukee; four sisters, Mrs. John Rader and Mrs. Raymond Schnell of Osman and Mrs. Ervin Ruchhoeft and Mrs. Roland Meyer of Manitowoc; Two Brothers, William (Bill) and Thomas (Jr) of Osman and two grandchildren. A son, Private James (Peterson), with the U.S. Marine Corps, died July 10, 1954.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. by the parish and at 7:30 p.m. by the Catholic Woman's Club.
