DEATH TAKES AGED RESIDENT, HERE SINCE 1884
Frank Thomas, a resident of the city since 1880, died at his home 920 South 17th street this morning at the advanced age of 84 years.
Mr. Thomas had been ill only two weeks but his advanced age had its effect upon his health for some time past.
Decedent was born in German-Poland and came directly here when he crossed the ocean. He had employed at the plant of the Castings company. A widow survives.
The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 9 from St. Mary's church.
