Noah Trigg Vaught was the father of Judge Edgar Sullins Vaught. Judge Vaught gained his fame as a judge while presiding over the trial of George "Machine Gun" Kelly in the Charles Urschel Kidnaping case in 1933 in Oklahoma City.
