Mrs. Josephine Witczak, age 41, 2214 West Huron street, died this morning at 7:48 o'clock in Epworth hospital following a three weeks illness of paralysis.
Born in South Bend May 17, 1891, she was a Iifelong resident here.
She is survived by her husband, Vincent; two children, Benedict and Veronica, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Hattie Mulawska, Frank and Leo Kalicki and Mr. Sophie Muraszewska, all of South Bend: Peter and Mrs. Maggie Kalamaja of Milwaukee, Wis., and Mrs. Agnes Mulawska, of Michigan City. Ind.
The body may be viewed in the home of Mrs. Hattie Grzeskowiak sister of the husband, 455 South Harris street.
The funeral will take place Monday at 9 a. m. from St. Adalbert's Roman Catholic church with the Rt. Rev. Mgr. John W. Osadnik, pastor, officiating.
Interment will be In St Joseph's cemetery.
