Peter Zielinski, 56, engineer at the Holy Family convent at Silver Lake for 18 years, died Saturday night at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn. He had been a patient there the past week and submitted to an operation. The body arrived this afternoon and was taken to the Pfeffer Funeral home. Funeral announcement will be made Tuesday.

Mr. Zielinski was born in Milwaukee in 1882 and in 1905 married Lydia Skrzypinski. She died 24 years ago. He took a position as engineer at the convent in 1921. He was a member of the Eagles and the Stanislaus Kostka of St. Mary's congregation.

Survivors are three daughters, Selma and Gertrude and Mrs. Melvin Stueber, all of this city; son, Edwin, Milwaukee and one grandchild.

Funeral services for Peter Zielinski, 56, who died Saturday night at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn., will be held Wednesday at 8:30 am from the Pfeffer Funeral Home and at nine o'clock from the St. Mary Catholic Church, the Rev. John Landowski officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

The Daughters of Isabella will meet at the funeral home tonight at seven o'clock to recite the rosary. The Stanislaus Kostka will meet for the same purpose at the funeral home at eight o'clock tonight.
