Born April 26, 1947 in Elyria, she was a daughter of the late Herold P. and Vera Jean (VanWormer) Luzader. She married Richard P. Landversicht on March 9, 1968 in Carey and he died July 20, 2014.
Mrs. Landversicht is survived by a son, Eric D. (Brenda) Landversicht, Westerville; two grandchildren, Connor Z. and Emma G. Landversicht; two brothers, Gregory A. (Barbara) Luzader, Huntsville; and David J. (Kim) Luzader, Cleveland, Tennessee; and a sister, Lisa M. (Minna) Kin, Cleveland.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Brian E. Luzader.
Mrs. Landversicht worked in retail management for many years.
A cancer survivor for several years, she was an inspiration to others battling cancer. Her attitude and drive to survive with dignity never ceased throughout her quest to beat the dreaded “C” word.
A private graveside service will be conducted Thursday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, where she will be laid to rest with her husband. Following the committal service, there will be an open house for family and friends at the Landversichts home beginning at 5 p.m.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Wyandot County or Wyandot Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in care of Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky St., Upper Sandusky OH 43351.
