MOREHOUSE WOMAN DIED THIS MORNING

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon for Mrs. Alice Adkins, 64, of Morehouse, who passed away at her home this morning after being bedfast for the last three weeks.
Rites will be held at the Morehouse Nazarene Church with the Rev. Lavita Hill officiating. Burial will be in the New Morley Cemetery.
Mrs. Adkins is survived by her husband, Thomas Adkins of Morehouse; three sons, Carl and Virgil, of the home, and Bert of Tennessee; two daughters, Miss Beatrice of the home and Mrs. Dorothy Beggs of Blodgett, and four grandchildren.
The body will lie in state at the Nunnalee Funeral Home in Charleston until time for services.
