Benjamin Farber Retired Farmer Dies Tuesday
Benjamin F. Farber, 87, Cambria, a retired farmer, died Tuesday morning at 3 o'clock in the Home hospital at Lafayette. Death was caused by pneumonia.
Mr. Farber was born in Le High, Pa., on March 10, 1864, to Frank and Katherine Weiss Farber. On August 22, 1891, he was married to Alice Kaser who survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jerome Edris, Mulberry and Mrs. Earl Frantz, Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Remaly and Mrs. Laura Dehl, both of Bethlehem, Pa. Eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild also survive.
Services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Kleinsmith funeral home in Mulberry with the Rev. C. J, Olm officiating. Interment will be in the St. Luke cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 o'clock this afternoon.
