Funeral services will be held Saturday, 3 p.m., in the First Baptist Church, Palatka, with Rev. Kenneth Hansen, pastor, officiating., Interment will be in Oak Hill East Cemetery under the direction of Johnson-Davis Funeral Home. Hawthorne Lodge, F&AM, will conduct graveside rites and serve as pallbearers.
The deceased was a longtime resident of Palatka and Hawthorne before moving to Miami, and was a member of Hawthorne Lodge, F&AM.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ida Whitehorse Smith, Miami; four daughters, Mrs. Nellie Marion Hudson, Palatka, Mrs. Harold (Florie Mae) Lee, Mrs. Louise Morgan, all of Miami; two sons, C.H., Gainesville and Winston Bryan, Orlando; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
