DEATH CLAIMS J. WACHOWICZ AT AGE OF 89

Funeral services were held this morning at St. Mary's Catholic church for John Wachowicz (sic) who died at the Holy Family hospital here late Saturday afternoon.

Mr. Wachowicz would have been ninety years old in March and up until six weeks ago had enjoyed the best of health and kept in touch with the affairs of the world being able to read the newspapers and current magazines.

Father Kuieszewski officiated at the services at the church and at St. Mary's cemetery where burial was made.

The decedent is survived by two sons Joseph of this city and Wenzel of Milwaukee and two daughters Mrs. Joseph Nitka of Bellview and Mrs. Joseph Wozniak of Engelstone Michigan.

Mrs. Wachowicz who died just a year ago was 88 years old.

IN CIRCUIT COURT, MANITOWOC COUNTY, STATE OF WISCONSIN.
L.A. Schmitz, Plaintiff vs.
John Wachowiacz and Mary Wachowiacz.
By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale made and entered in the above entitled action on the 21st day of January 1911, the undersigned sheriff of Manitowoc County, State of Wisconsin, will sell at the east door of the Court House in the City of Manitowoc, Manitowoc County, State of Wisconsin, on the 8th day of March A.D. 1912, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by said judgment to be sold and therein described as follows:
Lots No. Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) of Block No. Three Hundred (300) in the city of Manitowoc, County of Manitowoc, State of Wisconsin, according to the recorded plat of said city.
Terms of sale cash.
Dated this 23rd day of January, A.D. 1912.
