G. Ray Alexander, 91 of La Porte, was a native of Wellington, Texas who died in Deer Park, Texas. He retired from Magnolia Petroleum Company after 30 years of service as Assistant Manager of the Ad Valorem Tax Department of Magnolia. Veteran of U. S. Army World War I. 50 year member Holland Lodge No. 1 AF & AM, Houston. Graduate of Texas A & M College. Survivors; Son, James "Jeff" Darwin Alexander of Dallas; daughter, Shirley Ray Nathan, La Porte, Texas; grandchildren, Darrell F. Nathan and Keith D. Nathan; three nephews, one niece.
