Elsie Marie Christensen Nunley, 87, 867 S. 9th East, died at a local hospital Aug. 26, 1972, of natural causes. Born April 16, 1885, at Aalborg, Denmark, to C.K.V. and Bertha Jensen Christensen. Married James Walter Nunley, June 12, 1906, in Richfield. He died July 15, 1955. Member LDS Church.
Survivors: daughter, Mrs. Ona Ketner, Gardena, Calif.; six grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brother, Angus, Washington.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, noon, at Deseret Mortuary, 36 E. 7th South, where friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday, one hour prior to services. Burial, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
