The funeral of the late Mrs. Mary Ann Portors, wife of Mr. George Portors, of Eden Vale, Westbrook, Oberne Creek, took place on Saturday afternoon last, leaving the Wagga District Hospital. A number of relatives and friends of the deceased from Sydney, Wyalong, and Westbrook, were present. The pall-bearers were Messrs. Alexander Portors (son), Samuel Portors (step-son), of Westbrook, and E. H. Hedditch, and Sydney Breasley. The interment was made in the Church of England portion of the Wagga Cemetery. The Rev. C. A. Hulley officiated at the grave-side.
