PERCY A. SEIBERT, 90, formerly of New York City, died Tuesday evening at the Avalon Manor where he had been living for two years. Born in Clear Spring, he was the son of M. Finley and Eleanor S. Hassett Seibert.
He was a member of the Zion United Church of Crhist of Hagerstown. He had degrees in both engineering and law and worked as a corporation lawyer for Guggenheim Bros. in Boliva and in Chile for the Kenicott Co. He was director of the Chilean-American Association in NY City until his retirement in 1967.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Wayne E. Graham, Santiago, Chile; Mrs. John Joseph Cahill, Pennyan, NY; Mrs. George Dietsch, Sydney, Australia; sister, Miss Nellie Seibert, Fahrney-Keedy Home; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Routzer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
