Olivia Rose Lear, 16, of Fostoria, died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, at Bridge Hospice Center in Bowling Green. She was born Aug. 14, 1999, in Findlay to Douglas Lear and Elaine Burnett.
Survivors include her parents, Douglas (Lisa) Lear and Elaine (Pat Nye) Burnett of Fostoria; two grandmothers, Molly Bradshaw of England and Lorraine Lear of Findlay; a twin brother, Anthony Lear of Fostoria; two brothers, Del Lear of Findlay and Simon Chen of Fostoria; four sisters, Tiffany Lear of Findlay, Laterha Barr of Virginia, Brittany Boesching of Indiana and Patience Lear of Michigan; and stepsiblings, Erin Jones of Fostoria, Rebecca Brown of Shelby, Sara Jones of Plymouth and Devon McMillen of Kentucky.
Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015, at the funeral home.
Her funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 2015, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, 301 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, OH 44830, with the Rev. James Sharrett officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay
