Helen was a widow at the time of her death. Her husband, Joseph, died in 1914 in Sand Diego, Ca and is buried at Greenwood Memorial, San Diego, Ca. along with his mother in law, Jennie Kliphouse and grandson Jean Frances Hause.
Jean and Josephine went to Santa Monica, Ca. to live with their "Aunt Jenny", Jane Kliphouse Mahedy.
NOTE: The headstone for Helen Hause does not have her name on it. Christine, a wonderful findagrave photo contributor, spent much time trying to figure out where Helen was buried, and why the names of Ida and Fannie are on the headstone over her plot. According to cemetery records, Helen is buried in this plot, along side Ida. Fannie is the mystery woman. It was decided to add the photo of this headstone for Helen as it is.
