Allen Lewayne Hawkins, age 43, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2015 at St. Vincent's East in Birmingham. He enjoyed fishing, going to church, liked Country music, and loved to sing at Church. Mr. Hawkins was a member of the Cornerstone Church.
Mr. Hawkins was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Allen Hawkins. He is survived by his wife, Joe Ann Hawkins of Oneonta; his mother, Donna Ensley of Oneonta; and sisters, Heather Milner of Center and Renca Ensley of Oregon.
Dr. David Wilson, Tim McGuire, and Eddie Bowlin will officiate services at Cornerstone Church on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Cornerstone Church.
