John C. Hinze of Bismarck was born October 13, 1897 in Bismarck a son of the Late John F. Hinze & Louisa Scheiffer Hinze and passed away June 15, 1975 at St. John's Mercy Hospital at St. Louis being 77 years of age
Surviving is his wife Edith Houk Hinze and a daughter Mary (Mrs, Orville) McDowell both of Bismarck. Also two grandchildren and a sister Lydia (Mrs Lynn) Matkin of DeSoto.

Funeral services were held Tuesday June 17, 2 pm at the Caldwell Chapel in Bismarck with the Rev. Paul Powell officiating. Interment was in Masonic Cem with Caldwell Funeral home of Bismarck in charge of arrangements
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Bismarck Methodist Church
