Carolyn Frances Clem age 75 of Decatur, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Decatur-Morgan Hospital. Mrs. Clem was born September 25, 1940 in Lawrence County, AL to Hubert Leon Terry and Vera Atha Smith Terry.
Services will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Justin Roberson officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will in Roselawn Cemetery Athens.
Mrs. Clem was a member of Danville Road Church of Christ.
