She was born and lived her lifetime in Jonesboro. She worked as a seamstress and a substitute teacher.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Kifer of the home; two daughters, Jamie Kifer and Megan Kifer, both of Jonesboro; and a brother, Gilbert Chesser of Portia.
She was preceded in passing by her parents, Junior and Linda Sue Cagle.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday in the Azalea Room at Gregg Funeral Home in Jonesboro. No services are scheduled.
