Funeral services were held for Mrs. Lois Greenway Birdsong, 62, of 425 Trice Cemetery Road, Monday afternoon, Feb. 24, 1986 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home. Mrs. Birdsong died Saturday morning, Feb. 22 at the Upson Co. Hospital.

The Rev. Alan Blount officiated. Interment was held in Southview Cemetery.

Mrs. Birdsong was an Upsonian native. She was the retired owner of Birdsong's Custom Draperies & Fabric Shop and was a member of The Rock Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Mr. Hugh Birdsong of Thomaston; Mother, Mrs. Ola Duke, of The Rock; one daughter, Mrs. Charles Brunson of Thomaston; one son, Mr. Jimmy Birdsong of Thomaston; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy M. French of Fayetteville and Mrs. Lenora Weaver of Macon. Two grandchildren also survive, Miss Vicki Brunson and Mr. Trey Birdsong, both of Thomaston.
