Julia A. Swetter, 88, of Clifford Twp., died Tuesday morning at Forest City Nursing Center. Her husband, Bernie Swetter, died July 25, 2009. Born July 31, 1923, in Dundaff, daughter of the late John and Gertrude Barna Hoholick, Julia was an avid gardener and a great cook. She was a homemaker and matriarch of the family. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. Surviving are a daughter, Donna Spainhour and husband, Stephen, Richmond, Va.; two grandchildren, Erin and Michael; several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Stephen, Joseph, Samuel and Basil Hoholick; and two sisters, Mary Bednarczyk and Helen Dovin. The funeral will be Friday with a blessing service at 10 a.m. in the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, 513 Main St., Forest City. Interment, private.
