Kenneth, of Cambridge, formerly of Zanesville, died of asphyxiation on Feb. 18 in Yokohama, Japan where he was stationed with the Navy. Navy officials reported the death to his parents, Kenneth and Mary Crofford of Cambridge, but gave no details.

Kenneth was a resident of Zanesville, Oh. in the late 1950's. He attended Westview grade school and Theodore Roosevelt Junior High School.
He graduated Cambridge High School in 1964.
Kenneth joined the Navy in 1965 and was a communications technician.
He was a member of First Methodist Church, Cambridge.

Survivors included his parents, a sister, Annette Enochs(Donald),Cambridge and a niece, Valerie Crofford, Cambridge and several aunts and uncles.
The Bundy Funeral Home in Cambridge in care of arrangements.
