IN DEATH'S EMBRACE. BEHRINGER
Mrs. Peter Behringer died at her home on S. Eleventh street Saturday, January 28. She had been a sufferer for some time and a general breaking down of the system was the cause of death.
She was born in Luxenberg, Germany in 1832 and was married to Peter Behringer at that place in 1860. They came to Wisconsin in 1872 and have since resided here. Mr. Behringer was formerly employed as watchman at the Smalley factory. Deceased was a woman of many excellent traits of character and will be sadly missed by a large circle of friends.
The funeral will be held Wednesday morning from the Catholic church.

Death last Fri. here of 67-yr. old Mrs. Peter Behringer. The deceased, who was born in Luxembourg, came here in 1872 and has lived here ever since. She fell ill a short time ago and from her decline it was obvious she was close to death. Her funeral took place yesterday morning from the Catholic Church.
