Embarked from Halifax on SS Olympia Apr. 28, 1917 and disembarked at Liverpool on May 7, 1917.

He left Liverpool Jan. 29, 1919 to return to Canada and was discharged on Feb. 27, 1919 at Toronto, Ontario.

He died in Toronto from Pulmonary Tuberculosis which was related to his military service.
