MACIE WUJEK
(1852 - 1944)

Majiec Wujek, a resident of the St. Mary's Home for the Aged for the past 18 years, died there on Wednesday. He was 92 years of age.

Born February 24, 1852, in Germany, Mr. Wujek emigrated to America when he was 23, and settled on a farm at Weyerhauser, Wis.

The body is at the Pfeffer funeral home, and at 8 o'clock Friday morning will be taken to the St. Mary chapel for funeral services. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.

Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Mary Sibinski and Mrs. Helen Magda, both of Minneapolis, Minn.; Mrs. Anna Anderson, St. Paul, and Mrs. Catherine Checkalski, Weyerhauser, Wis.; three sons, James and John Weyerhauser, and Joseph, Iron Mountain, Mich.; and one brother, Steve, Buffalo, New York.

Preceded in death by wife, Franceszka Wieczorek and son, Antoni Wuyek and daughter, Clara Wuyek.

Father of John Edward Weyek and Katherine Checkalski.
