The family will receive friends at a catered reception from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hernando Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Parkway Baptist Church with interment to follow in Gray's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include her daughters, Sue Work Whalen of Hernando and Jennifer Scott (Tracy) of Hernando; son, Mark Work (Rhonda) of Hernando; stepson, Kenny Pillow (Kristi) of Round Rock, TX; grandchildren, Mark "Boo" Work II, Paige Work, David Taylor, Brandon Scott, Benjamin Scott, Matt Whalen, Jaylee Pillow, and Anita Pillow; brothers, James Southard (Arlene) and David Southard (Kris). Mr. Bickerstaff is survived by his wife, Marilyn Work Bickerstaff of Hernando, children, Kenny Pillow (Kristi) of Round Rock, TX, Jennifer Scott (Tracy) of Hernando, Mark Work (Rhonda) of Hernando and Sue Work of Senatobia, brother, Eddie Bickerstaff of Paducah, KY, sister in law, Edie Dodd of Las Vegas, NV, grandchildren, Anita, Jaylee, Morgan, Mark, David, Paige, Brandon and Benjamin, and great-grandchild, Adalyn. His wife, Dot [Pillow] Bickerstaff preceded him in death.
