Alan Luther Jones, 56, of Springfield died Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at his home.
He was born Feb. 21, 1950, in St. Paul, Minn., the son of Luther and Louise Arvig Jones. He married Kathy Peck in 1971.
Mr. Jones graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1972. He was a finance controller for ADM, Grower Service and UAP Richter.
Survivors: wife; three daughters; three grandchildren; sister, Virginia Pfingsten of Willmar, Minn.
Alan was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Louise, in 2000 and 2001 and his sister Jonette, in 2003.
Services: Sangamon Prairie Reception Center, Chatham. Burial: Oak Ridge Cemetery.
