Benjamin Maurer

Benjamin Franklin Maurer, 83, died Tuesday at his home near Meriden. He had been an employee of the Stone Produce Company until his retirement six years ago.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Gertrude Maurer, three sons, James, Ward and William, all of Topeka; two daughters, Mrs. John Alcott and Mrs. Minnie Leep, San Antonio, Tex.; one brother, Alex, of Topton, Ia.; and a sister, Mrs. Tilla Carterman, of Portland, Ore.

Funeral arrangements have not been made.
