Mr. Dudley was born Oct. 31, 1910 in Wichita County, Texas, son of the late George and Beulah Jane Moore Dudley. A veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army, Dudley had lived in Electra for 24 years and was a member of Hillside Baptist Church. He was employed as an oil field pumper.
Survivors include: two sons, Jack and David Dudley, both of Electra; a brother, Jerome Dudley of Burleson; three sisters, Geraldine Daggs of Lake Palestine, Sammie Atterberry of Bakersfield, Calif., and Dorothy Warron of Moody, Moc.
Pallbearers were Barry Jones, Richard Cranford, David Wassak, Raymond Russell, Billy Joe Fulton and Clarence Horton._
